A: Yes. Threads are sorted by thread creation date descending.

Q: How often is the rss.xml file updated?
A: Every 10 minutes.

One of those essential add-ons, especially if you want to share the content of your forums on social media platforms via rss feed, which only contains the latest threads and not every single latest post within the threads.
