[Add-on Request] User Upgrade Listing

Request you make an addon that shows who have purchased user upgrades. Similar to the listing you see in the Admin CP > Users > Upgrades. It would be a listing that could be viewed and set by permission settings.

Which problem are you needing to solve?

My users are going to use the "Account Upgrade" system to make donations to the site, for example. After they make their donation, I want them to be able to view all who have donated in a public listing like a spreadsheet. Similar to one that we see in the Admin CP under users upgrades.

Like this, but in a public view:

So you would like to see a list that would have the following:

Username | Date | Amount

Widget containing the following
Username | Upgrade Title | Start Date | End Date
If possible. If it is a side widget, perhaps less info

The one problem I can think of some members will not want their names to be shown on such a list, some may want their upgrades/donations to remain private. So I could add in the Options page a field that the admin can declare certain upgrade titles to not show on the list.

Well can you write in an option for them to not have it show? All my users get assigned to a "Donor" group, and they display the Donor badge under their names. As you can see in this post

Isn't the badge enough? Why do they need to see in addition a list?
