Change display order of Thread Starter Banner?

Is there a way to change the display order of the Thread Starter Banner?

Currently it appears at the bottom of the banner stack, and I would like to move it up to the top.

Sorry there's no option to show the thread starter banner first.

On a technical level, is the thread starter banner linked to the staff banner in any way?

With my custom style template I purchased, there is an option in the style properties to change the color of the banners, and I noticed that changing the color of the Staff Banner also changed the color of the Thread Starter banner.

I was just wondering if they were connected in some way....

Yes it's taking the color of the staff banner. You can change it to a different color, in the overview it's explained how to add code to the extra.less template.

Okay, I get it. It uses the Staff Banner color, but not other Staff Banner settings like display order or anything else, just the color.
