WHM -> Software -> MultiPHP INI Editor -> Select a PHP version

post_max_size = 50M
upload_max_filesize = 50M
memory_limit = 256M

cPanel -> Software -> MultiPHP INI Editor -> Select a location

post_max_size = 50M
upload_max_filesize = 50M
memory_limit = 256M

If you have both WHM and cPanel you will need to change settings in both.
