eBay Parser 1.3 doesn't seem to be working

That's not a product link. The URL needs to have /itm/ for it to be a valid product link.
That's correct, it's a search result.

Any chance we can get support for search result links as well? Our users post a lot of links to part numbers and auctions end in short time, it's nicer to be able to link to a particular part number search results.

Most eBay links posted are going to be to items. The problem is once those items are sold, the link in the post will be pretty much useless, worse those reading the post will be frustrated as the link will eventually not show anything about the product.

I have found that by using this add-on, I can periodically edit ebay product links to search links with key words to maximize the usefulness of the link:

I find links which have yet to be converted to search links using this add-on:

Maybe for your userbase, but I don't believe that's the case for mine - thus the request for a feature add. ;)

Exactly! Which is why my users typically post links to search results and not direct auction item links.

Say a user was looking for a fuel tank for a 2009 Yamaha YZ450F, another user might reply back and tell them they need part number 2S2-24110-70-00.

By replying with the above or (https://www.ebay.com/sch/35563/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=2S2-24110-70-00) in both cases the add-on ignores those links. Let us just say for the sake of argument many of the links are direct to an item... there are still users that post links to search results (as is my userbase case) and those links are being ignored.

Further, adding support for search result URL's also help eliminate the need for me to install another add-on AND keep up with those links as auction items expire.
