Email deliverability

Make sure the following are valid and set correctly.

DKIM
SPF
Reverse DNS (PTR)

If you have cPanel you can check these are set correctly using the 'Email Deliverability' link.

Make sure the Default email address has the same domain as your forum:

Admin control panel -> Setup -> Options -> Basic options -> Default email address

Emails are my struggle for any forum. I’ll try this out!

On shared web hosting, cPanel will show this icon:

Hover over the cursor will indicate:

"Contact the person responsible for the ... and request that they update the records"

This can be ignored as it's purpose is to provide information about setup.
