These are the steps to required to be Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) compliant.

Log into your Google AdSense account and click the Privacy & messaging tag:

Click on the GDPR block:

Mine indicates Message on, yours will show Message off.

At this point you will be able to add your site, Privacy policy URL and other information. Once done you will save the information and that's it. Do the same for CPRA.
