Register Email Not finding staff

Trying to add some staff members and it's not finding them? Do they have to be admins also?

Just add any username into the options. They don't have to be staff, but typically are.

When I was typing letters it found users. On this one it wouldn’t find it so I added the user name and didn’t give me an error after saving. Therefore I assume it is working. Will let you know with further testing.

Confused me because every other user it found when I typed First few letters but not this specific one.

It will not show usernames of those that have no logged in over 6 months.

There ya go that’s the answer new forum this user did not log in for awhile. TY so much it was puzzling me....

Yes it's really less than ideal to not show those over 6 months.
