Quick one, would it be possible to when you click on "Unsold" that it applied the "For Sale" prefix again?

No that's not an option. You should create several forums:

For Sale
Wanted
etc..

That way you don't need a default prefix.

small feedback, will be very useful if you add option to restore previous prefix on clicking to Unsold.

too many forums not always useful. in many times more convenient use different prefix than tons forums.

I just offered you an idea of how this addon could be significantly improved. Of course, it's up to you whether to implement it or not.

Personally, in my understanding, being able to return the prefix to previous value more conveniently than creating at least one additional forum.

No there's no history of prefix used, so unless the developer create a prefix history table then that's not possible. In developing add-ons I have to completely understand all the issues, first is to understand the problem we're trying to fix.
