i have an idea to create a new add-on , the role of the add-on is :
send X email to all members In X time and stop in X time , and Continue to sending email
for example there are 20.000 members registered in forum
i want to send an email for first 500 members ( from member 1 to member 500 ) in 1 hours and stop a moment ( 1 hours for example ) , and continue to sending email ( from member 501 to 1000 ) ...
